While the labor to install them is, we do not include the pulls/knobs in the price due to the variety of choices available. We offer a wide selection in our showroom that you can purchase seperately.
Typically, a deposit is required to reserve your spot on our production schedule and to secure materials for your project. A second deposit is required prior to delivery and installation with the final balance due upon project completion.
Only if selections or design details change during the showroom meeting. Any updates are reflected in a revised proposal. Our estimates are good for 60 days but typically only change if there is a major change in material cost.
